All-time Boston Celtic teams by state/region

The following is my subjective list of the all-time Celtics teams by state, or when lacking enough players, by region.

NBA All-Star Game 2018 Photo by Jayne Kamin-Oncea/Getty Images

Teams were picked based on what players did while playing only for Boston, their quality of play and duration with the franchise, as well as by position.

The California team looks to be the best and deepest, followed by the squads from Indiana, New York and the Carolina’s.

Some players were named to two states due to the fact that they were born and/or were partly raised in one place, and later moved. In those rare cases, their stats are only listed once.
