BRIGHTON - Boston Celtics wing Jaylen Brown gave a brief update regarding his lower back injury on Tuesday afternoon prior to the team’s practice at the Auerbach Center. Brown says his back spasms are mostly gone and he’s ready to go for Thursday night’s matchup with the New York Knicks after missing the past three games.
“I’m good. I’m ready to go,” said Brown. “I’m feeling better everyday. Just looking forward to being there on Thursday. Let’s keep this win streak going.”
Brad Stevens said that Brown will be a full participant in Tuesday’s practice. The Celtics’ wing was shooting around prior to the workout, and didn’t look to have any issues or discomfort.
