Adrian Wojnarowski reported Saturday that Joe Johnson reached a buyout agreement with the Sacramento Kings, and will sign with the Houston Rockets for the remainder of the season.
Joe Johnson has committed to signing with Houston once his buyout is complete with Sacramento, league sources tell ESPN.

Johnson was apart of a three team trade between the Kings, Jazz, and Cavaliers that sent him from Utah to Sacramento. He was expected to get bought out, and signed with the Rockets quickly. Johnson has had a down year for his standards, averaging 7.3 points per game and shooting just over 27% from three.
It was also reported that Houston had been targeting Johnson for weeks now, but he was a possible candidate for the Celtics to add some bench scoring for the final stretch of the regular season.
Marco Belinelli was bought out yesterday, but has not decided where he will land for the remainder of the season. Danny Ainge said that the Celtics will look at the buyout market for an upgrade, but there is no “big hole” he feels Boston needs to fill.
