Celtics’ Practice Report: Smart sits out, but remains probable vs Detroit

The Boston Celtics held practice in Waltham on Thursday, where Brad Stevens, Jaylen Brown, and Marcus Morris spoke with the media.

WALTHAM - The Boston Celtics held a light practice on Thursday afternoon before flying out to Detroit where they’ll face the Pistons tomorrow night at 7:00 EST. This was just one day after the C’s had their first full practice following the all-star break.

Marcus Smart did not participate today due to a left quad contusion, but he remains probable for tomorrow nights game in Detroit. Shane Larkin is still recovering from a knee injury but went through some light work this afternoon. He’s questionable for Friday’s game. All this and more can be heard below.
