Ahead of their home matchup with the Charlotte Hornets Wednesday night, the Boston Celtics took their team photo. Teams usually wait until after the trade deadline to take a team photo since that roster will most likely be their final product when the season ends.
The more notable storyline here is Gordon Hayward suited up in his Celtics uniform for the first time since opening night where he injured his left ankle five minutes into Boston’s first game.

Brad Stevens and Danny Ainge have been adamant all year that Hayward is not expected to return from injury this season. There are still those that hold out hope for Hayward to come back for the playoffs, but everything the team has said points to the contrary.
The Celtics and Hornets tip off at 7:30 p.m. EST at TD Garden.
