The Celtics will be short-handed tonight for their nationally televised matchup against the Washington Wizards. According to Sean Grande, Guerschon Yabusele will draw his first NBA start in place of Al Horford (illness).
The French rookie has appeared in 22 games with the Celtics this season, averaging only 1.8 PPG over 5 minutes per game. Yabusele has played in 14 games with the G-League affiliate Maine Red Claws, and posted per-game stats of 20.3 points and 7.9 rebounds across 35.4 minutes.
