Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe reported Friday morning that Al Horford will return to the Celtics lineup after missing the previous two games with an illness.
Al Horford will play tonight vs #Magic. Kyrie Irving is OUT. #Celtics

Horford’s return will likely push Guerschon Yabusele back to the bench.
Kyrie Irving will remain on the sidelines, as the Celtics point guard continues to deal with a sore left knee. Brad Stevens said Friday morning that Irving’s knee is feeling a little better, and he will go through a workout in Orlando, despite not playing tonight.
Marcus Smart (thumb) and Jaylen Brown (concussion protocol) remain sidelined for the Celtics, leaving them shorthanded in the backcourt once again.
The Celtics and Magic tip off Friday night at 7:00 p.m. EST.
