Brad Stevens told reporters Monday before the Boston Celtics’ second game of a back-to-back against the Phoenix Suns that Marcus Morris is “good to go,” after missing last night’s game with a right ankle injury.
We’ll use the same starting lineup tonight in Phoenix: Rozier, Brown, Tatum, Horford, Baynes
— Boston Celtics (@celtics) March 27, 2018
Jaylen Brown and Aron Baynes will remain in the starting lineup over Morris as the Celtics will have a useful scoring punch off the bench that they haven’t had the luxury of deploying lately. Morris is coming off a 30-point outburst against the Portland Trail Blazers Friday night.
The Celtics won their game against Sacramento on the back of a 33-point and 8-12 from three showing from Terry Rozier.
The Celtics and Suns tip off at 10 p.m. EST as the Celtics go for their fourth win in a row and possibly draw closer to the slipping Raptors in the east standings.
