BUCKS vs CELTICS: Your takes

Which team will win the series and what are the storylines about to emerge?

NBA: Playoffs-Atlanta Hawks at Boston Celtics Bob DeChiara-USA TODAY Sports

As we countdown to the opening tip of Game 1, in this first round series, I thought it would be fun to get your takes and predictions. I reached out to the community 2 days ago in the Fan Post section for some thoughts and feedback. I asked the following:

Who do you think will win the series & in how many games? What will be the series storyline, and who is a potential dark horse?

Feel free to add your own in the comments section:

StrengthIN#S: Celtics in 5

Series Storyline: Jayson Tatum & Jaylen Brown show up the Greek Freak / Brad Stevens is a genius.

Dark Horse: Greg Monroe’s revenge… and a surprising Yabu show. Moose and the Dancing Bear are an unstoppable force.

Side note: Just imagine when we have a bear, a moose, and a Cobra. Who can stop that???

Kabs: Celtics in 6

Series Storyline: “Celtics defense too much for Bucks and Giannis”

Dark horse: Larkin lead Celtics past Bucks with skilled ball handling, recovery of loose balls and 3PT sharpshooting!

terd furgsuon’s hat: Celtics in 6

Series Storyline: Jabari Parker turns heads in playoff debut

Dark Horse: For the Bucks, Jabari Parker averages 25ppg and absolutely blows the roof off (in his contract year). For the Celtics, Terry Rozier averages 7 assists and 2 steals per game as he suddenly takes to his role.

86 Celtics GOAT: Game One will be a dogfight

Game 1 Storyline: …Giannis will have unstoppable moments on both ends and Celtics will have to grind with defense and some tough threes to stay in the game. Who will be the go-to guy down the stretch? Either Tatum will find his groove or Morris will take half a dozen midrange jumpers in the fourth. Will that be enough to stop the Greak Freak’s attacking barrage at the end?

Dark Horse: I can’t think past Game One, which will set up a brand new storyline for the loser to make adjustments.

Don’t forget the early tip off time of 1pm everyone, and Let’s Go Celtics!
