WALTHAM - The Boston Celtics held practice on Thursday in Waltham before heading out to Milwaukee for Game 3 later this afternoon. Brad Stevens, Terry Rozier, and Guerschon Yabusele met with the media prior to the practice, with the overall mindset being focused on finding a way to win in Milwaukee.
Stevens talked about minimizing turnovers and improving their defense as the keys to the Celtics performing at their highest capability. The Celtics head coach also touched on getting Yabusele his first playoff minutes early in Game 2, rather than tossing him into a late game situation right off the bat.
Rozier discussed his mistake of calling Eric Bledsoe “Drew Bledsoe”, following game one, and noted that he made a, “Huge mistake.” The Celtics guard laughed it off, saying that “It is what it is now.” Rozier also gave us some insight on the Celtics team group text and what Kyrie sent them prior to Game 2.
