Eight games are scheduled for Wednesday in single elimination style play in the 2018 Las Vegas Summer League. There are plenty of good games to hold the basketball junkies over into the night as the Celtics prepare for a bracket clash against the New York Knicks tomorrow. Game 54 will be held at Thomas & Mack in an afternoon game scheduled for Thursday at 4:30 pm.
The Semi Ojeleye vs. Kevin Knox matchup appears to be a very interesting clash that many will be watching for. Knox, after being harshly booed on draft night by Knicks fans has raised a lot of eyebrows with his above the rim style of play and nice outside shot. He is a long and athletic player with the versatility to drive to the basket and draw contact. He caught fire yesterday against the Los Angeles Lakers and it is likely that Semi Ojeleye with his combat muscles with be tasked with the defensive assignment of slowing him down.

Knox is third in all Summer league scorers at 23.3 ppg and by the looks of things he could pan out big time in the Big Apple. Jabari Bird leads the Celtics with 18 ppg after two straight solid performances. It will be an interesting game and hopefully Jaylen Brown, Scary Terry Rozier return to cheer on these Summer Celtics.
