Sports Illustrated’s Ben Golliver and Rob Mahoney released their annual NBA Top 100 list this week and immediately grabbed the attention of Boston Celtics fans.
Al Horford came in as the highest ranked Celtics player at 16, with Kyrie Irving landing just behind him at 17. Naturally, this had many fans up in arms. Are there really 16 players better than Kyrie Irving? Is Al Horford really the Celtics best player? And let’s not forget Jayson Tatum sitting at 39 overall.
Jeff Goodman, Mike Petraglia, and Chris Grenham discussed the list in its entirety on Thursday from the Auerbach Center.
