Tommy Heinsohn: Celtics will “get to Finals” (video)

HINGHAM — What an exciting week for NBA fans, particularly Celtics’ fans. The national attention being placed on the NBA’s most storied franchise has been overwhelming.

Starting with Media Day, the C’s strutted out their deep roster of budding stars to meet and greet with the media. The next 2 days were all training camp in the glorious Auerbach Center. Then games! The Celtics dropped their first pre-season contest to the Charlotte Hornets but will have a chance at redemption today at Boston Garden.

Prior to the green hitting the court in Chapel Hill, CLNS had the privilege of continuing our partnership with Bob Ryan for the 2nd consecutive season. The season premier was Friday and the guest was none other than Celtics’ legend, Tommy Heinsohn.

No shock that Tommy gave the Celtics a great chance of reaching the NBA Finals but he also dropped some gold atop Brad Stevens, Jaylen and Jayson.

It was fun to see Tommy in a non-game, relaxed environment at The Original Wahlburgers in Hingham.
