The consensus around the league is that the Celtics are on a trajectory to win in the high 40’s with an over-under typically at 48.5 wins.
Last season they finished with 49 wins, well off their preseason projections. They have since lost Kyrie Irving and Al Horford (and others) and added Kemba Walker and Enes Kanter (and others).
The team stepped back in terms of talent on paper, but there’s a lot of guys that could take steps forward this year. Last year they were “less than the sum of their parts.” This year could be the opposite if things fit into place on the court.
So how many wins do you predict for the Celtics this season?
