The Boston Celtics announced that wing Gordon Hayward suffered a fracture in his left hand and is out for the remainder of the game in San Antonio.
Watching the video of Hayward walking off the court with trainers, appears he's pointing at his middle or ring finger on his left hand. Hayward appeared to be injured on a play where LaMarcus Aldridge was called for an illegal screen. Hayward immediately began shaking out his left hand, while grimacing.
Hand fractures, dependent on the exact injury can take between three and 12 weeks to heal. No timetable has been set for Hayward and likely will not be until the team returns to Boston following the game at the Spurs.
