Aron Baynes (foot) ruled OUT against the Thunder

With Kiwi Steven Adams rolling into the garden Sunday the Celtics will be without All of Australia.

With an early 2pm game slated for Super Bowl Sunday against Oklahoma City Thunder, official word from the Celtics is that Aron Baynes will not be available due to a left foot contusion.

Aron Baynes missed 13 games in December and January due to a fractured fourth metacarpal in his left hand. Since his return into the lineup nine games ago, All of Australia has provided a lift to the bench whilst shouldering the backup big man duties. The Celtics have only lost one game in this stretch since his return to action and the timing for this latest injury is not great as burly New Zealand big man Steven Adams rolls into town.

Look for Brad Stevens to turn to his other big men Daniel Theis, Guerschon Yabusele and Robert Williams in the wake of this latest injury.
