BOSTON - Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving suffered a sprained right knee during the second quarter of Saturday night’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The team announced that he is out for the remainder of the game. Here’s the play where the knee injury occurred:

It looks as though Irving injured himself stepping to try and avoid a screen on the play.
Irving finished the night with 14 points and 2 assists on 4/7 shooting in 14 minutes of action. That was a team-high for points in the first half.
