The Boston Celtics announced on Monday that Jayson Tatum is out for Monday’s matchup with the Los Angeles Clippers due to right shoulder soreness.

Tatum has yet to miss a game this season and missed just two during last year’s schedule (both in the final five games of the season). He’s currently averaging 16.1 points and 6.2 rebounds on 45.4 percent shooting.
The 21-year-old was relatively quiet in terms of scoring on Saturday against the Lakers, finishing with 6 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists.
The Clippers and Celtics tip off on Monday night at 10:30 PM EST.
