Although the Boston Celtics will be getting Jayson Tatum (shoulder) back after his one-game absence, a clean bill of health for the team will have to wait at least another game. Terry Rozier and Daniel Theis are both out tonight against the Sacramento Kings.
#NEBHInjuryReport for tonight vs. Sacramento:
— Boston Celtics (@celtics) March 14, 2019
Terry Rozier (illness) - OUT
Marcus Smart (illness) - PROBABLE
Jayson Tatum (right shoulder soreness) - AVAILABLE
Daniel Theis (illness) - OUT
Marcus Smart, listed as probable, was upgraded from questionable from yesterday’s injury report. This is a good sign, though it looks like whatever bug is going around the locker room spread to Terry Rozier who wasn’t even on the injury report yesterday. Theis was downgraded from questionable to now being confirmed as out.
On Sacramento’s end, Marvin Bagley (left knee sprain) will make his return after missing two weeks of NBA action. The Celtics will look to regain their positive momentum from before their loss to the L.A. Clippers on Monday. They tip off against the Sacramento Kings tonight at 7:30PM EST.
