The Boston Celtics are in Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers, and they’ll get a big boost with the return of both Jayson Tatum and Al Horford.
#NEBHInjuryReport update: Both Al Horford and Jayson Tatum are available to play tonight.
— Boston Celtics (@celtics) March 26, 2019
Both Tatum and Horford missed Sunday night’s loss against the San Antonio Spurs – Boston’s fourth loss in a row. Kyrie Irving will miss tonight’s bout against the Cavs but not due to injury. Irving is taking the night off due to “load management.” Robert Williams is still battling a lower back contusion which will leave him on the injury report.
Boston will attempt to gain some momentum in the regular season as they head into the NBA Playoffs two weeks from now. A few wins, especially ones against the basement dwellers in the Eastern Conference, could help the team trend in the right direction as the postseason approaches. A clean(er) bill of help definitely helps with that.
The Celtics take on the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight at 7:00PM EST.
