On Friday, there was another sign that summer is slowly coming to a close and that the NBA season is right around the corner as the Boston Celtics announced a four-game preseason schedule.
The Celtics open up their exhibition slate on Oct. 6 by hosting their former guard Terry Rozier and the Charlotte Hornets before traveling on Oct. 11 for a tilt with the Orlando Magic.

The C’s will conclude their preseason schedule with a home-and-home series with the Cleveland Cavaliers on Oct. 13 and Oct. 15. All preseason games will be televised locally on NBC Sports Boston.
C’s fans won’t have to wait much longer to find out the team’s full 2019-20 regular season schedule, which is set to be announced on Monday at 3 p.m. EST.
