Pro.... By far the highest ceiling. Could be a defensive player of the year candidate in 2021/2022.
Con... By far the lowest floor. Could be too slow to ever play a meaningful minute in the league.
Pro... Exceptional athletes by N.B.A. standards.
Con... At 26, he is very close to his peak. Also slightly undersized at a position on which the Celtics already have: a potential all-star BROWN, an all N.B.A. defensive player SMART, a lottery pick LANGFORD and two long range marksmen; STRUS & EDWARDS.
Not to mention 3 first round picks in 2020.
Pro... Very good height 6'8" and N.B.A. skills 3-point shooting and rebounding.
Con... Put up ordinary numbers in both the Summer League and G.N.B.A.
Leave open

Pro... allows flexibility to address midseason needs.
Con... hurts player development.
Post-- any minute a guy like K. Faried plays is a minute Poirier, Williams III, Williams or Ojeleye doesn't.
Wing...Celtics are stacked at wing already.
Ballhandler...The Celtics have Edwards, Waters who could use minutes. Also Hanamaker is perfect as a guy Stevens trust who doesn't seem to mind stacking up DNP's.
