There were the likely Boston Celtics to be on the All-Star first returns list and in contention to play in the exhibition game, and also one big surprise.
Kemba Walker, Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward all received votes from the fans to be in the top 10 of players in the Eastern Conference, as did Tacko Fall.

Walker earned the third most votes amongst guards, falling behind Trae Young and Kyrie Irving, who has played in just 11 games this season. Brown came in at seventh in voting for guards.
For the frontcourt players, Tatum is situated in fifth, trailing Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, Pascal Siakam and Jimmy Butler.
Right after Tatum in the voting came the unlikely Fall, as the behemoth fan favorite garnered 110,269 votes. The 7-foot-5 center has played in just three NBA games this year as he has spent the majority of his rookie season with Boston’s G-League affiliate the Maine Red Claws.
