As an entertaining back-and-forth half comes to an end, Jayson Tatum leads all scorers with 16 points on 6-11 from the field. The All-NBA forward however turned provider to fellow wing running mate Jaylen Brown late in the second quarter.
Tatum was involved on both ends of the play, with the perfectly timed block on a cutting Domantas Sabonis. Marcus Smart scooped up the loose ball to outlet a sweet no-look pass to JT who caught gathered and lobbed all in one motion.

All that was left for Brown to do, was to catch cleanly and dunk it through. The play fueled Boston to stretch a small 6-point lead into the half over the Indiana Pacers on the road, 55-49.
