When the team is struggling, it is only natural for people to turn their attention to the coach and general manager. To get a read on their status, you can go right to their boss, the managing partner/owner of the Boston Celtics Wyc Grousbeck addressed the questions about Brad Stevens and Danny Ainge with a firm endorsement.
"They're our guys and we're sticking with them, and it's not even a question in my mind."

He touched on a number of other topics as well. Including the trade deadline:
Grousbeck says the Celtics roster has a lot of "keepers and we're going to keep them", especially the team's best players.

A couple more things from Grousbeck:
— Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) February 24, 2021
-Believes team has the makings of something good
-Team will consider using part of TPE this season, but may be best to use in offseason
-Kyrie leaving "touched off a lot of stuff"
-Team won't tank "That's not us."
While he didn’t pull any punches in regards to the team’s play, he did express a belief in this team, in particular the leadership and the “best players.”
To me it sounds like they’ll be active buyers at the trade deadline but the implied warning here is that they don’t look like contenders at the moment. How much the team is willing to spend (either in tax money or draft capital) for a “win-now” move might depend heavily on what strides the team can make between now and the deadline.
