CelticsPod live on LockerRoom today at 4pm Eastern

Another week, another live mailbag.

NBA: Boston Celtics at Denver Nuggets Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Since the NBA returned from the All-Star break, the Celtics have had a hard-fought loss to the Brooklyn Nets and a cake walk victory over the Houston Rockets. There’s been more smoke surrounding trades, buy-outs, and ways in which the Celtics can use the TPE. And we haven’t seen Aaron Nesmith outside of garbage time in weeks.

Want to talk about it?

I will be hosting a live mailbag on the LockerRoom app today at 4 pm EST (check that your clocks have all adjusted to Daylight Savings Time, everybody!), where we can get into all the juicy conversations you want. The last few weeks, each live room has grown, and provided fun and insightful conversations, which I have also released as podcast episodes where possible.

It would be great to have a chance to speak with the listeners of the podcast and readers of the blog, so we can chop it up like only Celtics fans know how.

There’s also today’s CelticsPod podcast for your listening pleasure.

We ask if Danny Ainge should have (or possibly did) kick the tires on Kevin Porter Jr., and why it was probably a smart decision not to. I bring up Jonas Valanciunas as a possible cheaper option over Nikola Vucevic, followed by a hot take that Romeo Langford could be redefined as a lengthy point guard on the second unit. If all this wasn’t enough, we also look at what LaMarcus Aldridge could bring to the team if he was released from San Antonio in a buyout.

The LockerRoom room will be open to the general public - there have been multiple NBA players active on the app recently, so you never know who might drop by!

Not everyone enjoys hearing their own voice back, or being part of a debate, so luckily, there’s also a chat function.

So how do you ensure you’re part of the live mailbag tonight or in the future? Simple! Head over to the App Store on your mobile device, type in LockerRoom and download the app for free. Create an account, and follow me @AdamTaylorNBA. Then, when the room goes live, you will receive an invite notification on your device, which you can simply click on to be taken directly into the room.

Want more bang for your buck (not really, as it’s free, but I digress)? Straight after the live mailbag episode, CelticsBlog’s own Keith Smith hosts one of his three NBA Q&A’s for the week, doubling your live Celtics content.

What is LockerRoom? A free sports talk app where you, the fan, can engage with other sports fans worldwide to discuss your team’s latest victory or failures.
