Pretty clear that Nesmith is a spark plug for this team. His effort never wanes and the overall energy of the team seems to peak when he's out there, especially with the starters. I loved seeing him get 19 minutes today. He was a +16 and Ime noticed his impact. So, my first move would be to insert #26 into the rotation.

My second move would be to continue to start Schroder. He's a different player when he starts. That would give Ime the luxury of having Smart come off the bench.

I think we could compete more consistently this way. Am I wrong?
