Is management trolling us?

I would like to recap the consensus views of CB posters about the Celtics coaching from the last several years:

18-19: Celtics have a talented roster during the regular season, but underperform all year and get bulldozed in the second round by the Bucks. CB Opinion: Brad Stevens is a college coach who cannot manage NBA stars and should quit or be fired. Result: Stevens is not fired.

19-20: Celtics appear to take a step back during the regular season, but put all the pieces together in the bubble to make a run to the ECF, where they come up one win short of making the finals. CB Opinion: Brad Stevens cannot win the big one and should be fired. Result: Stevens is not fired.

20-21: Celtics flounder in the regular season, almost miss the playoffs and suffer a gentleman's sweep to the Nets in the first round. CB Opinion: Brad Stevens has lost the respect of the locker room and absolutely needs to be fired. Result: Stevens is Promoted.

21-22: Celtics develop an identity of suffocating team defense, make the finals and come within two wins of knocking off GSW. CB Opinion: Ime Udoka is the second coming of Red Auerbach and that he deserves all the dollars. Result: Udoka is fired.

22-23: Celtics completely lose their composure in the ECF, fall behind 3-0 with a distinct lack of effort in game 3 and fail to complete the comeback in Game seven. CB Opinion: This was primarily a coaching problem and Mazzula should be fired. Result: Mazzula is not fired.

Looking back, it seems like either we are really bad at evaluating NBA head coaches or else Celtics management is reading these comments and intentionally trolling us by doing the exact opposite of what we recommend. I see no other possible explanation.
